Shipping & returns

All Sales are final. It is the customer responsibility to inspect all items upon receipt. Any damaged goods must be reported within 14 days of receipt. Colorado Custom Spas may accept returns in these situations at manager discretion and any authorized exchange or return can be done in store only at either of our locations. If items are not in stock we may need to reship them to you.

Colorado Custom Spas uses UPS for most shipping needs. Any inaccurate or incomplete addresses that result in the package not being delivered may incur additional re-shipping fees. In these situations the customer will be responsible for any new costs incurred to reship items.
